Abstract
In healthy children QT interval does not differ in gender, the interval is shorter in younger children and is longer when the heart rhythm is slower. The measuring of QT interval should be done in II, AVR, AVF or in precordial V2-V6 leads of ECG. In healthy children measurement of QT interval from three consecutive heart cycles of ECG gives fully authoritative results.
