Abstract
The aim of the study is to present a case of bilateral, neonatal testicular torsion. Full term newborn, without any pathology in prenatal ultrasonography was admitted to surgery ward with both enlarged testis. Color Doppler US did not reveal any flow signal. On scrotal exploration both necrotic testis was removed. Amputation of both gonad performed in neonatal period is always difficult decision. The management of bilateral testicular torsion remains uncertain in the absence of evidence-based guidelines.
