Abstract
Atopic dermatitis is one of the most common diseases of skin in children. Usually it is the first sign of food allergy. This paper presents description of the patient with severe atopic dermatitis, with no improvement after treatment with casein hydrolysate. In additional tests coexsistence of immediate type allergy and late type of allergy was observed. After modification of diet and symptomatic treatment, gradual improvement of skin condition was observed.
