Abstract
The results obtained in two different centers differ, both due to various numbers of high “biochemical risk” cases, as well as the suspected number of cases with chromosomal aberrations not confirmed later by amniocentesis. Because biochemical tests were performed in the same laboratory and in a standarized manner, the observed differences were probably due to different USG procedures and various patient qualification.
