Abstract
This study addresses the resources and performance of start-ups in a rapidly changing market. Using data from Taiwanese high-tech firms, this investigation demonstrated that dynamic capabilities were significantly helping to leverage entrepreneurial resources to benefit start-up performance, and moreover demonstrated that dynamic capabilities mediated between entrepreneurial resources and performance. This study mainly focused on enhancing comprehension of start-up dynamic capabilities, and thus improving the resource-based view in high-tech start-ups.
