Abstract
⺠We established a human 3D dynamic intestinal tissue model. ⺠In vitro simulation of the physiological microenvironment of small intestine. ⺠Defined physical signals support intestinal cell growth and transport behavior. ⺠Serves as a more reliable preclinical test surface for pharmaceutical substances. ⺠Our system enables the significant reduction of animal experiments.
