Abstract
⺠We simulate the folding of a helical protein with 145 amino acids by UNRES model. ⺠We observe a multi-nucleus folding pathway starting at two ends and middle of chain. ⺠This protein also has a vectorial folding pathway starting from the C-terminal part. ⺠All three-helix subunit of this repeat helical protein are foldable computationally.
