Abstract
⺠Identification of eight and seven potential non-redundant members involved in ascorbic acid and tocochromanol biosynthetic pathways. ⺠The promoter regions of the rice AsA and tocochromanol biosynthesis genes contained the light-responsive, hormone-responsive, and stress-responsive elements. ⺠Ascorbic acid and tocochromanols are regulated with abiotic and biotic stress responses.
