Abstract
⺠We review cutting-edge biochemical methods being used to measure proteins in single cells. ⺠Focus is on methods that are non-microscopy based, and provide quantitative data. ⺠Recent advances in flow cytometry, microfluidics, biorthogonal probes applicable to single cells are reviewed. ⺠Unmet need for tools and probes are discussed to further advance single-cell analysis.
