Abstract
⺠Atomic force microscopy reveals the native surface structure of membrane proteins. ⺠Single membrane proteins at work can be observed by atomic force microscopy. ⺠Imaging is performed in liquid under near-physiological conditions. ⺠Dynamics of membranes proteins are studied by high-speed atomic force microscopy.
