Abstract
⺠Targeted drug or siRNA delivery in cancer remains a serious hurdle. ⺠Minicells provide a versatile solution for targeted drug or siRNA delivery. ⺠Minicell-based delivery packages nanoscale levels of drugs or siRNAs. ⺠In vivo xenografts in mice show dramatic enhancement of therapeutic index. ⺠Monkey toxicology trials show repeat dosing without toxicity or immunogenicity.
