Abstract
- Amano Lipase was immobilised on (O-)MWCNTs via adsorption technique (6Â wt%).
- Comparative studies for MWCNTs and O-MWCNTs as supports were performed.
- (O-)MWCNTs-lipase as efficient and recyclable catalysts of transesterification.
- MWCNT-lipase system was the most active (yield up to 98%, 1Â h, 1320Â UÂ gâ1).
- O-MWCNT-lipase was the most enantioselective (e.e. 72% after 0.5Â h, 340Â UÂ gâ1).
