Abstract
⺠Secretion efficiency of alpha and CalB native signal (nsB) sequences were compared. ⺠A threefold increased CalB secretion was obtained with its own leader peptide. ⺠Unlike alpha signal peptide, nsB peptide was completely processed and cleaved. ⺠nsB signal peptide was efficient in secreting non-native proteins: CalA and hGMCSF.
