Abstract
- We prepared an imprint for analysis of ligand-binding selective D3 receptor.
- The artificial receptor was produced with multiple templates for broad selectivity.
- The key was to use the binding cavities for the irreversible bonds of the reagents.
- The imprint binding site allowed for the reaction in close proximity to the multiple sites.
- The pharmacophore showed the molecule fragments into a protein pocket near to the gorge rim.
