Abstract

- Lipase produced by Hypocrea pseudokoningii was reversibly immobilized onto supports.
- Hydrophobic and ionic supports were selected for the immobilized lipase.
- All derivatives were more thermostable than the CNBr derivative.
- All derivatives were more stable in organic solvents than the CNBr derivative.
- The derivatives hydrolyzed sardine oil and showed different selectivity for the hydrolysis of EPA and DHA.
