Abstract
- The bio-based basic IL and ultrasound were used to pretreat rice straw efficiently.
- The lignin, Si, and ash were removed with [Ch][OH] and ultrasound pretreatment.
- The crystallinity and organic composition were increased after the pretreatment.
- The impeded Michaelis model for enzymatic hydrolysis of rice straw was developed.
- Good fits between the predicted curves and the experimental data were obtained.
