Abstract
- ATPS-based biphasic recognition chiral extraction was proposed for enantioseparation.
- Opposite trends for phase volume ratios in two parts of ATPS area were found and studied.
- Two different chiral selector-oriented recognition regions were presented.
- High separation factor of 4.06 was obtained.
