Abstract
- NaF and MJ both increased the cephalotaxine production in Cephalotaxus mannii cells.
- NaF obviously promoted the cell to secrete product compared with MJ.
- NaF increased the activity of G6PDH, but MJ had no influences on G6PDH activity.
- The combination of NaFÂ +Â MJ gave the highest yield of product in all treatments.
