Abstract
⺠Lyophilized sheep blood lysates from slaughter house waste was used as a source of carbonic anhydrase purification. ⺠Affinity pure enzyme was purified using Affigel-10 immobilized carbonic anhydrase specific inhibitor. ⺠Comparative studies of kinetic parameters of free and immobilized carbonic anhydrase were carried out. ⺠Using immobilized carbonic anhydrase a continuous flow reactor for carbon dioxide capture has been developed. ⺠Application of enzymatic capture of carbon dioxide.
