Abstract
⺠Factors that affect the refolding of endostatin under high pressure were studied. ⺠Inclusion bodies (IBS) produced at lower temperature present higher solubility. ⺠The IBs are dissociated at 2.4 kbar, but refolding occurs at 0.4 kbar. ⺠Sub-zero temperature in association to high pressure increase IBs dissociation.
