Abstract
► Concentration of phytases from solid-state fermentation by ultrafiltration was studied and modelled. ► Stability of enzyme formulations with 25% and 35% of glycerol (v/v) was analysed. ► Long-term storage of phytase's formulations was studied. ► Kinetics constants of enzyme's inactivation and half-time life of formulations were calculated.
