Abstract
⺠Exopolysaccharides (EPS) were fractionated by gradient ethanol precipitation. ⺠Large PS with negligible protein content was precipitated with small ethanol volume. ⺠Smaller PS-protein complex fractions were attained at larger ethanol volume. ⺠Protein constituents of EPS were significant for antioxidant activities.
