Abstract
⺠A fully active easily-labeled INSL3 analog was designed and recombinantly prepared. ⺠The analog was easily mono-labeled by DTPA/Eu3+-moiety at the A-chain N-terminus. ⺠The europium-labeled INSL3 retained high binding affinity with receptor RXFP2. ⺠A convenient RXFP2-binding assay was established using the non-radioactive tracer. ⺠The high throughput assay will facilitate screening of novel agonists or antagonists.
