Abstract
⺠We prepared the cationzied gelatin/calcium phosphate nanoparticle as a gene carrier. ⺠The in vitro transfection study and biocompatibility used HeLa cell. ⺠We produced the transgenic chicken through directly injection. ⺠The injection site was through area opaca into the subgerminal cavity. ⺠The chicken tissue could be observed the green fluorescence protein expression.
