Abstract
⺠This study was to purify an ACE inhibitory peptide derived from Chlorella ellipsoidea. ⺠Protein derived the Chlorella ellipsoidea was hydrolyzed using different proteases. ⺠Oral administration of the peptide lower blood pressure in SHR.
