Abstract
⺠It is possible to use products extracted from biowastes for technologic applications. ⺠Soluble organic substances from urban biorefuse can perform as binders and templates. ⺠Mesoporous silica monoliths have been prepared and used as support for biocatalysis. ⺠Mesopores behave as microreactor where supported enzyme can act very efficiently. ⺠A biocatalyst has been prepared in the form of a manageable device.
