Abstract
⺠Ultrasonic complex enzymes were used to extract Epimedium polysaccharide. ⺠The extraction condition was optimized using orthogonal test design. ⺠The biochemical characterizations were expressed. ⺠All fractions possess significant antioxidant and immunomodulatory activities.
