Abstract
⺠Cloning of a new cgt-gene from B. pseudalcaliphilus 8SB is reported. ⺠The present study is the first evidence for the use of pJET as expression vector. ⺠Efficient extracellular CGTase production by Escherichia coli recombinant is achieved.
