Abstract
⺠Activated sludge bioflocculation assessment through SVI, ESS and image analysis. ⺠A high RLR led to increased erosion, a low RLR to fragmented sludge. ⺠EPS was monitored and linked to the bioflocculation conditions of the sludge. ⺠Image analysis shows the highest potential for assessing bioflocculation conditions.
