Abstract
⺠Polyelectrolytes were used to design a method of isolation and purification of lipase. ⺠Lipase from Aspergillus niger produced insoluble complex with PAA, PVS and CHI. ⺠PAA presents the best precipitation conditions in media with high protein concentration. ⺠On culture medium from Aspergillus niger, CHI yielded successful results.
