Abstract
⺠The application of vacuum was successful to synthesize capsiate analogs by lipase-catalyzed esterification. ⺠The yield of 100 mol% was achieved by vacuum after only 3 h of reaction. ⺠High incorporation was occurred with 9c,11t-CLA due to the specificity of Lipozyme RM IM.
