Abstract
⺠Two potential inhibitory peptides were purified from collagen type I. ⺠Sequence analysis showed presence of excess A and N. ⺠Hydrophobic C-terminus with P as the terminal residue. ⺠Peptides were found to retain 80% activity in presence of proteases. ⺠Probable peptide-ACE binding site interactions visualized by docking.
