Abstract
► Two potential inhibitory peptides were purified from collagen type I. ► Sequence analysis showed presence of excess A and N. ► Hydrophobic C-terminus with P as the terminal residue. ► Peptides were found to retain 80% activity in presence of proteases. ► Probable peptide-ACE binding site interactions visualized by docking.
