Abstract
⺠Tyrosyl hydroxyphenylacetate was synthetized using Novozyme 435 as catalyst. ⺠The optimization of the synthesis conditions was investigated using RSM. ⺠The structure of the synthesized compound was determined by spectroscopic methods. ⺠Antioxidant, anti-stress and antibacterial activities of the new compound were measured.
