Abstract
► Tyrosyl hydroxyphenylacetate was synthetized using Novozyme 435 as catalyst. ► The optimization of the synthesis conditions was investigated using RSM. ► The structure of the synthesized compound was determined by spectroscopic methods. ► Antioxidant, anti-stress and antibacterial activities of the new compound were measured.
