Abstract
⺠Virgibacillus halodenitrificans SK1-3-7 was isolated from fish sauce fermentation. ⺠V. halodenitrificans SK1-3-7 produced novel fibrinolytic enzymes. ⺠The enzymes hydrolyzed fibrin to a greater extent than did plasmin. ⺠The enzymes were resistant to pepsin and trypsin digestion.
