Abstract
⺠An α-l-arabinofuranosidase GH51 was successfully secreted by Aspergillus nidulans. ⺠AbfA hydrolyzed arabinoxylan, xylan, debranched arabinan and pnp-arabinofuranoside. ⺠AbfA was highly stabilized by reversible immobilization onto Sepharose-Q. ⺠Immobilized AbfA showed a synergistic effect on arabinoxylan hydrolysis.
