Abstract
⺠Macrolepiota gracilenta has monophenolase and diphenolase activity. ⺠This mushroom was investigated for the first time as source of enzyme. ⺠Purified enzyme had greatest substrate specificity to PHPPA and DHPPA. ⺠Thermal stability of the enzyme was examined during 5 days. ⺠Mono- and diphenolase activities were stable at low temperature up to 5 days.
