Abstract
⺠Disubstituted diethoxysilane precursors were used for novel binary and ternary sol-gel Lipase AK. ⺠The DMDEOS sol-gel lipases were used in kinetic resolutions of racemic secondary alcohols. ⺠The DMDEOS sol-gel lipases exhibited enhanced activity yield and enantioselectivity. ⺠The DMDEOS sol-gel lipases were robust biocatalysts in continuous-flow biotransformations. ⺠The properties of ternary DMDEOS sol-gel lipases proved to be fine-tunable by the composition.
