Abstract
► FMAC is proposed to facilitate the covalent immobilization of acidic lipase. ► The covalent immobilization of AL was created by amine and aldehyde groups. ► FMAC had higher immobilization capacity than the MAC. ► The ALFMAC had better operational stability than the ALMAC. ► FT-IR spectra confirmed the hydrolysis of WCO by AL immobilized matrices.
