Abstract
⺠FMAC is proposed to facilitate the covalent immobilization of acidic lipase. ⺠The covalent immobilization of AL was created by amine and aldehyde groups. ⺠FMAC had higher immobilization capacity than the MAC. ⺠The ALFMAC had better operational stability than the ALMAC. ⺠FT-IR spectra confirmed the hydrolysis of WCO by AL immobilized matrices.
