Abstract
⺠Fab produced in Escherichia coli medium cell densities chemostats at 37, 33 and 30 °C. ⺠Product yield increased as temperature decreased within working range. ⺠Biologically active 3H6 Fab produced at the three temperatures. ⺠30% of total Fab secreted to periplasm, irrespective of process temperature. ⺠Considerable product leakage to the culture supernatant detected in all cases.
