Abstract
⺠TLL has been reversibly immobilized on octyl Sepharose. ⺠Different percentages of the carboxylic groups have been aminated. ⺠The effect of the amination on the electrophoretic mobility of TLL has been analyzed. ⺠Modification produces an increase in enzyme activity, mainly at alkaline pH values. ⺠Their thermal stabilities were increased by the modification, mainly at acidic pH.
