Abstract
⺠Laccase was immobilized on digested spent grain with a high yield. ⺠The kinetics of immobilized laccase followed the Michaelis-Menten model. ⺠The immobilized enzyme was stable during 10 cycles of reuse. ⺠The immobilized enzyme was stable during 48 days of storage.
