Abstract
► 3-Cyanopyridine and temperature modulate AMase kinetics in NHase/AMase cascade system. ► High nitrile concentration and high temperature induce AMase irreversible inactivation. ► High nitrile concentration and low temperature reversibly inhibited AMase. ► The change in AMase kinetics monitored in long-term continuous runs achieved in CSMR. ► In situ Microbacterium imperiale NHase/AMase cascade reaction run at optimised kinetics in CSMR.
