Abstract
⺠Variables affecting the denitrifying activity and the N2O production were evaluated. ⺠Type organic carbon sources were important factor during denitrification. ⺠The specific denitrifying activity was favor using swine wastewater. ⺠N2O production was only detected when swine slurry was used as carbon source. ⺠N2O production rate was closely related to the denitrifying activity.
