Abstract
⺠Influence of pressurized fluids, propane and LPG, treatment on the enzymatic activity of inulinases. ⺠Stability of the enzyme after high-pressure pre-treatment was experimentally monitored. ⺠Enhanced enzyme activity was verified for high-pressure treated enzymes in propane and LPG.
