Abstract
⺠The enzyme α-rhamnosyl-β-glucosidase was immobilized onto chitosan-silica gel beads coated with polyethyleneimine. ⺠The immobilized enzyme was stable in storage conditions - 100% activity after 2 months at 8 °C. ⺠The preparation was stabilized in harsh conditions such as presence of dimethylsulfoxide and copper ions at high temperature (60 °C).
