Abstract
⺠A simple disposable biocompatible plastic six minibioreactor system is developed. ⺠The system allows performing parallel experiments for mammalian cell culture optimization. ⺠Continuous on-line monitoring of cell growth, oxygen and pH profiles in each individual minibioreactor. ⺠Practical examples of application to hybridoma cell culture.
