Abstract
⺠Immobilization of Rhizomucor miehei lipase was carried out using various protocols. ⺠The highest immobilization yield and specific activity were obtained in octyl-RML. ⺠Immobilization via covalent attachment caused to decrease in activity. ⺠The highest E values were achieved for hydrolysis of ibuprofen butyl ester. ⺠Octyl-RML retained 75% of its initial activity after 124 h.
