Abstract
⺠A new Aspergillus sp. from Ladakh, India that decolorizes brilliant green. ⺠Dye decolorization occurred within 72 h under aerobic conditions. ⺠Kinetics of dye removal was monitored by UV-visible spectroscopy. ⺠N-Demethylation pathway for dye degradation was proposed for the first time.
