Abstract
â¶ Five bioconversion products of andrographolide were isolated and purified. Three of them were novel compounds. â¶ The proposed biosynthetic pathways of andrographolide by A. ochraceus were drawn. â¶ Most bioconversion products showed potential antiproliferative activities against human cancer cell lines.
