Abstract
It was an exciting day when Regional Vice President Frank Mead of The Partners Financial Services announced that the home office had set dates for new personal computer installation across the Western Division. It had been about a year and a half since the new installation process had been underway, although promises for this date had been estimated to 90 days from the initial roll out. Company employees were anxious to finally get technologically inline with the times, even though the new IT system would not change the main functions of the business.
